One of the most important yet difficult things to commit to is getting in good shape.  It requires a combination of maintaining physical fitness and eating clean.  While it is challenging at first to change to the right habits, the results are addicting! It does not take natural ability. It does not take skill. It does take dedicated hard work and trusting the process to be successful.
