Animal Encounters

Getting up close and personal with exotic animals in their home environment is about a million times better than visiting them in zoos.  It is extremely important to me to make sure that the places I visit support protecting the animals rights. When planning for trips, I look for animal sanctuaries that work towards rescuing animals and raising awareness about mistreatment or the abuse of animals.  At the bottom of several of the articles are links to the different organizations websites so you can plan your visit or get involved!
