2️⃣ Pistol Squats x5
3️⃣ Commando Push-ups x10
4️⃣ Single Leg Hip Lifts x10
5️⃣ Side Plank Toe Touches x10
6️⃣ Plank Side Crunches x5
7️⃣ Balance Lunges x10
Do the whole set three times or as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
